Government and Municipal Programs
We support both the overseas expansion of local companies (outbound) and the attraction and collaboration of overseas ventures (inbound). We create opportunities for collaboration with overseas partners by making full use of the network we have built through "Tech Planter," the largest deep tech venture ecosystem in Asia, and the International Society of Transdisciplinary Research, which brings together researchers, companies, government agencies, and other organizations. We contribute to the development of local industries and the creation of global business opportunities.

Support for overseas expansion of local companies, start-ups, etc. (outbound)
For companies in local governments that are highly motivated to take on the challenge of overseas expansion, we promote overseas expansion with the aim of expanding business in existing areas and creating business in new areas. In order to increase the feasibility of overseas expansion, we will create opportunities for collaboration with overseas ventures, universities, research institutions, and other organizations that are familiar with local social issues. In addition, as a measure to increase the probability of collaboration, workshops can be planned and implemented to help companies in the prefecture fully understand their own philosophy, technology, and other assets, and to learn about issues in Southeast Asia and other regions.

Support for attracting and collaborating with overseas companies and research institutions (inbound)
Utilizing one of Asia's largest deep-tech venture platforms, we promote collaboration between promising overseas ventures and local companies. Using Japan's superior regional manufacturing capabilities, R&D capabilities, and investment environment as a starting point, we support the resolution of prototype development, R&D, and commercialization issues faced by overseas ventures. We provide hands-on support up to the formation of joint demonstration projects to create new innovations in the region.
