Global Expansion Feasibility Study
In the global deployment feasibility study, we conduct PMFs in six Southeast Asian countries (Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia) to verify the compatibility of your technology with local markets and needs, set up meetings with specific countries for deployment and potential partners, and attend and provide advice during these meetings. We support strategic hypothesis building by obtaining primary information through deep tech tours that visit local government agencies and companies, the Tech Planter, Asia's largest deep tech venture ecosystem, and international academic conferences where researchers, companies, government agencies, and others gather.

Project Establishment Support
In the project establishment support, we meet with partners (local subsidiaries, etc.) identified in the feasibility study to build a relationship of trust, and then formulate a business model based on primary information to support the PoC. We also support the use of public funds and increase the certainty of the transition from demonstration to business model development. In the past, we have supported the establishment of projects through the Global South Future-oriented Co-creation Project Subsidy from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Commission for ASEAN-Japan Economic and Industrial Cooperation (AMEICC) Overseas Development Promotion Project.
-
Support for establishing overseas offices
In establishing overseas offices, we assist our clients in building and executing the optimal structure for expanding local operations and generating revenue. We have our own local subsidiaries in Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, and have experience in establishing local bases for many start-ups and business companies. Based on this experience, we support the establishment of local subsidiaries and research centers and the associated human resource recruitment process to establish a solid business foundation that can independently manage overseas operations.

Human Resource Development Program
Based on the concept that "people grow as a result of serious efforts," we develop and implement programs that nurture people through practices 1-3 above. Through cross-cultural understanding, business creation workshops, communication with local ventures, PoC, etc., we develop global human resources with the mindset to take on new business challenges.
