After completing my degree, I gained experience creating science teaching materials for junior high and high school students at Z-Khai Co., Ltd. before rejoining Leave a Nest. Through grants for junior and senior high school researchers and research coaching by young researchers, I support school education. In 2019, I transitioned to human resource development, implementing career support for doctoral students in collaboration with universities nationwide. Triggered by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake on January 1, 2024, I launched the Leave a Nest Resilience Project, engaging in practical efforts towards building resilient communities through the social implementation of deep tech. From 2025, I will be Director of the Strategic Development Division and the Center for National Policy Research.
