February 8, 2011] Liverness Takeda to Lecture at Deep Tech Startup Support Program "D-Break (Growth Kyoto)" Deep Tech Breaks Deep Issues

On February 8, Ryuta Takeda, Director of the National Policy Research Center, gave a lecture at the program "D-Break (Growth Kyoto): Deep Tech Breaks Deep Issues," organized by Kyoto Knowledge Industry Creation Forest (hereinafter referred to as Kyoto Knowledge Industry Creation Forest) and Realtech Holdings Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Real Tech HD"), and hosted by RIVANES Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "RIVANES") and KOBASHI ROBOTICS Corporation, Ryuta Takeda, Director of the Center for National Policy Research, gave a lecture on February 8.

 

This program is operated to promote the growth of deep tech startups that have an impact on society based on science and technology.

 

The theme of the day was "Focusing on Strategies for Entering Overseas Markets, Especially Strategies Specific to the Fast-Growing Southeast Asia," and the morning session was "Strategies for Entering Southeast Asia (Understanding Southeast Asia)" and the afternoon session was "Strategies for Entering Southeast Asia (Strategy Research and Making the Most of Analysis Results). In the afternoon, he shared with the participants his findings from his activities in Southeast Asia. After the lectures, a question-and-answer session and individual consultations with participants were also held.

Toshihiro Ishizawa Director, Human Resource Development Division / People Making Research Center (Concurrent) Management Planning Office Graduated from the Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo in 2007 with a Ph.D. in Life Sciences. Gained approximately three years of internship experience during his doctoral studies and joined Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. in 2008.
