At InnoVEX 2025, Asia's largest startup exhibition, held in Taipei, Taiwan on May 23, 2025, President and COO Shuichiro Takahashi gave a keynote presentation, "Exploring the Future of Technology Through the Lens of What's Next?" from Ventures' Perspective.

In his lecture, "Dawn of Knowledge Manufacturing," he proposed the concept of "knowledge manufacturing" while introducing the businesses that RIVERNESS has developed since its establishment based on the philosophy of "realizing the development of science and technology and contributing to the global community. This concept was born out of the fact that Japan is at a turning point in its industrial structure, and in particular, it seeks to find new value in the knowledge (including experience and know-how) and "matching" power of the Japanese manufacturing industry. He introduced the case of a deep-tech venture whose initial product development was supported by Japanese factories, and emphasized the importance of "science bridge communicators" in all activities.

In Taiwan, as in Japan, there are many technology-driven companies and university-launched startups. We called for the expansion of initiatives based on knowledge manufacturing in both countries, and were able to discuss collaboration with the audience.

RIVANES will continue its efforts to penetrate the knowledge manufacturing industry in Taiwan and other East Asian countries.
