Calling Industry Players or Stakeholders Participants for Co-incubation of Malaysia and Japan's Deeptech ecosystem at Leave a Nest OSAKA (Aug 6th 2025)

Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. and Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC) Berhad will co-host an open event on August 6, 2025, at Leave a Nest Osaka Office. event aims to explore cross-border deep tech collaboration between Japan and Malaysia and introduce key players, facilities, and opportunities for future co-incubation.

The event will serve as a platform to promote co-incubation between Japanese and Malaysian deep tech ecosystems, with a particular focus on startups housed in. Attendees will learn about the missions of Leave a Nest and SDEC, and network with ecosystem stakeholders from both countries.

We warmly invite startups, corporates, and investors who are interested in expanding to Malaysia, especially at the Sarawak area, to attend.

Shota Nakajima

Graduated from the Graduate School of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology with a Master's degree in Applied Chemistry. Joined Leave a Nest in 2015. Developed numerous educational programs for elementary, junior high, and high school students, targeting manufacturers of automobiles and railway vehicles. Based on the knowledge gained from this experience, served as the head of the robotics laboratory for elementary school students, "Robotics Lab," in Osaka in 2016, contributing to the expansion of Robotics Lab in the Kansai region. Witnessing children pursue their passions and forge their own paths, Ms. Nao aimed to create environments worldwide where people can live authentically, leading her to found NEST EdLAB Inc. in 2022. As director, she uniquely developed curricula for identifying and nurturing the talents of elementary and junior high school students, and currently operates the online school "Talent Discovery Lab for Elementary and Junior High School Students NEST LAB."
