Program Features and Benefits

The program's unique strengths include the following points

  • Accompanying support by local experts: Specialist staff (Japanese and Singaporean) called "Science Bridge Communicators" from LIBANES will accompany each team and support discussions with local key players across language and cultural barriers.
  • Utilization of existing network: LIBANES Singapore has an extensive public-private network that has been built up over many years in the region. Participating companies will have the opportunity to meet with local stakeholders using this existing network as a starting point. Since the discussions will be held with the introductions with whom we have already established a relationship of trust, it will be possible to have in-depth and concrete discussions from the very first meeting, which is another major advantage of this program.
  • Market Test at SWITCH: A key feature of this program is the opportunity to directly test the market by exhibiting at SWITCH, one of the largest local tech events. This is a unique opportunity to directly approach investors and business professionals from around the world, and to explore on-the-spot candid evaluations of your product and potential partnership opportunities. This is a great opportunity to get intense feedback in a short period of time, which will be very useful for your future global expansion strategy.
