RIVANES and Ritto Sogo Sangyo sign a partnership agreement to support local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entering the Vietnamese market.

(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Shuichiro Takahashi; hereinafter "RIVANES") and Ritto Sogo Sangyo Corporation (Head office: Ritto City, Shiga Prefecture; Managing Director: Tetsuya Inokuchi; hereinafter "Ritto Sangyo") have concluded a "Collaboration Agreement on Support for Expansion of Shiga Prefecture and Other Regional Medium and Small Enterprises into Vietnam" as of July 26, 2025. The two companies have concluded a "Collaboration Agreement on Supporting Shiga Prefecture and Other Regional Medium-Sized and Small Businesses to Expand their Businesses in Vietnam" on July 26, 2025. Through this agreement, the two companies will begin providing support for the expansion of regional companies into Vietnam.

The support items included in the collaboration agreement are as follows, but support can be provided flexibly according to each company's situation and desires.

(1) Support for research, analysis, and strategy development for local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entering the Vietnamese market
(2) Searching for and matching business partners and expansion opportunities in Vietnam
(3) Organize Vietnam-related seminars, workshops, site visits, etc. for companies
(4) Business collaboration related to the development of next-generation industries and human resources

[Background to the collaboration].

RIVANES has been working with major institutions in Shiga Prefecture since 2017.Consortium for Discovery and Development of Growth Industries from ShigaThe company organized the "Japan Industrial Development Association, Inc. The "New Industry CreationShiga Tech PlanterThe company has been developing the "Ritto Sogo Sangyo Co. a subsidiary of Ritto Sogo Sangyo.Vantec Ltd.was the winner of the Finalist Livanes Prize in its first Grand Prix. The team then provided business support to Ritto Sangyo and Vantec, assisting the company's business development in Vietnam. In the process, the team has built up a local track record and network while jointly obtaining projects from Shiga Prefecture, the Ministry of the Environment, and JICA.

Through this partnership agreement, we will open up our knowledge and local networks in Vietnam, which we have cultivated over the years, to local companies and strongly encourage them to take on the challenges of the Vietnamese market.

Shota Nakajima

Graduated from the Graduate School of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology with a Master's degree in Applied Chemistry. Joined Leave a Nest in 2015. Developed numerous educational programs for elementary, junior high, and high school students, targeting manufacturers of automobiles and railway vehicles. Based on the knowledge gained from this experience, served as the head of the robotics laboratory for elementary school students, "Robotics Lab," in Osaka in 2016, contributing to the expansion of Robotics Lab in the Kansai region. Witnessing children pursue their passions and forge their own paths, Ms. Nao aimed to create environments worldwide where people can live authentically, leading her to found NEST EdLAB Inc. in 2022. As director, she uniquely developed curricula for identifying and nurturing the talents of elementary and junior high school students, and currently operates the online school "Talent Discovery Lab for Elementary and Junior High School Students NEST LAB."
