(Head office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Shuichiro Takahashi; hereinafter "RIVANESS"), which is engaged in startup support and innovation creation based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on July 12, 2025.INNOVATION LAB COMPANY LIMITED (CEO: Hung Tran, hereinafter "InnoLab Asia") have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a comprehensive business alliance.

RIVERNESS has been working to solve social issues and create new industries in Southeast Asia through co-creation with researchers and entrepreneurs. Vietnam is attracting attention as a region with a high concentration of highly skilled human resources and high potential for implementing technological seeds, and this partnership with InnoLab Asia is extremely important in promoting the creation of a deep-tech, deep-issue-based entrepreneurship support network linking Southeast Asia and Japan.

The MOU aims to strengthen the collaboration between the two parties to work together to grow the startup ecosystem in Vietnam by leveraging the platforms they have established in their respective countries and in Southeast Asia.The MOU signing ceremony will be held at the "DeepTech Venture Ecosystem", a cluster of science and technology to solve unsolved problems "Deep Issues" hosted by LIVERNESS.
