GBC2025] Seven Sendai/Tohoku companies engaged in overseas expansion will be speaking at the event! /December 12, 2025 (Friday) Short Pitch & Poster Exchange

The conference will bring together practitioners from large and medium-sized companies, start-ups, and government and local governments to discuss realistic overseas expansion strategies and the latest policies in depth through panel discussions and poster exchanges. It will provide an opportunity to find concrete tips and new connections to accelerate global expansion.

This event will bring together a total of 20 teams of Southeast Asian ventures that are developing the Japanese market and domestic companies that are aiming to expand globally, to present their latest technologies and businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to connect directly with the world's growing markets and create partnerships with domestic and overseas ventures, all from the comfort of your home country.

Alphatec Corporation (Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture)

Based on its proprietary starch alphalization technology, the company will test substances such as texture and fluidity, and research and develop a variety of alfalfa rice products, including nursing food for people who have difficulty swallowing and emergency food that can be eaten instantly.

amu corporation (Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture)

The company is developing a business that recycles fishing gear and other returned materials related to the fishing industry and upcycles them into new materials such as pellets and woven fabrics. In cooperation with local communities and fishermen, the company aims to realize a sustainable society without waste.

Eilat Corporation(Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture)

As Japan's first radiotherapy AI startup, the company will promote research and development of radiotherapy AI that is truly needed in the medical field. With the mission of "saving all cancer patients through radiotherapy," the company aims to expand the possibilities of radiotherapy with AI and improve the outcomes and workload of cutting-edge radiotherapy.

Storyline Inc.(Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture)

Develop a proprietary decaffeination process utilizing supercritical fluid technology to manufacture and market decaffeinated coffee in coffee-producing countries. By establishing a manufacturing base in coffee-producing countries, the company aims to achieve high value-added products in coffee-producing countries and to make coffee agricultural production sustainable through innovation in the decaffeination supply chain.

Tuggle Co. (Minamisoma City, Fukushima Prefecture)

Developed a system to quantify and visualize muscle condition using robotic palpation technology. Supporting condition management for athletes and the general public, contributing to injury prevention and optimal training.

Flame Heavy Industries Co. (Takizawa City, Iwate Prefecture)

Developed an automated inspection and survey system using waterborne drones to support the maintenance of social infrastructure such as rivers and ports. The system will improve the efficiency of waterfront work sites by both reducing labor and improving safety.

Metagen Inc. (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture)

Promotes research and development for health maintenance and disease prevention by utilizing Metabologenomics®, a proprietary technology that comprehensively analyzes the intestinal environment. Contribute to improving people's wellbeing through intestinal environment design based on scientific evidence.
