He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering. He was involved in the development of a drone system for the decommissioning of nuclear reactors by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy while a researcher at Chiba University, as well as the development of a disaster response flying robot system.

D. in Agriculture. He has been involved in research on molecular biology and soil microbiology at the Graduate School of the University of Tokyo, and has been involved in the establishment of RIVANES since its inception in 2003, and has worked to create a system to implement research results into society based on his cultivated on-site sense. The foundation for innovation has been laid. In recent years, together with the Urban Renaissance Agency, he has promoted Foodα, an urban food innovation initiative in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area, and will serve as Executive Officer from 2019 and as Director of Liverness Capital from 2025, where he is also involved in the investment and development of R&D ventures.
