Because of the complex intertwining of various factors such as history, culture, business customs, and legal regulations, it is necessary to acquire primary local information from the earliest possible stage. In addition, finding a partner organization that is familiar with these circumstances and can share the same vision, and establishing a cooperative system, will greatly help the speed and success rate of overseas expansion.<\/p>\n<p>Based on primary information obtained through short-term overseas visits and other means, the next step in defining target areas is to work with LIVERNESS communicators to search for local partner organizations (major conglomerates, startup companies, government officials, incubators\/accelerators, university researchers, and other necessary collaborators) and establish partnerships with them. We will search for and establish partnerships with local partner organizations.
