With a population of approximately 72 million, Thailand is the geographic center of Southeast Asia and has a strong logistics and infrastructure base. The automotive industry has long been a key industry, but in recent years, the country has been undergoing a structural shift to high-value-added fields such as biotechnology, medicine, and digital technology. Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, and Kasetsart University are internationally recognized for their excellence in medicine, agriculture, and life sciences, and are active in joint research with industry.
