Behind the rapid economic growth, the region faces \"deep issues\" such as plastic pollution, biodiversity loss, agricultural waste, and immature infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s2\">This assignment,<\/span><b>Companies in Hiroshima Prefecture and startups in Southeast Asia join forces to solve<\/b><span class=\"s2\">This project aims to achieve this goal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u2192 Details:<a href=\"https:\/\/hiroshima-greenocean.jp\/startups\/startups-r5\/index.html\">Official page<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><b>Program Overview<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p3\">Commissioned by Hiroshima Prefecture, RIVANES supported the creation of collaborative businesses utilizing corporate assets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">A total of three workshops were held from June to September, where participating companies learned about local issues and explored how their technologies could be used to solve social problems.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Flow of the event<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>1st Session (6\/29)<\/b><\/span>Inventory your company's strengths (assets)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2nd Session (7\/4)<\/b><\/span>Learning about issues in Southeast Asia and envisioning a plan for collaboration<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3rd (Sept. 5)<\/b><\/span>Business plan presentations by each company<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\">Six companies then proceeded to individual lectures, and finally<span class=\"s3\"><b>Three companies selected for demonstration project design<\/b><\/span>The selected companies were selected for the project.
